Well, what a fun #ChorleyTuesday afternoon that was; hanging out with Gary, Des and fellow Lego fans at The Bees Country Kitchen!
A spot of Lego, mug of coffee and general causal Lego-fan-based chit-chat is ALWAYS good for the soul, not to mention your health, so ChorleyBricks, we applaud you!
This fantastic local business gives your the ability to hire full Lego sets from their vast collection. Not only that, you can also purchase missing bricks and pieces from them, as well as full sets from them too. Although this is a local Chorley-district-based-business (which we Love!), it has nationwide coverage so everyone and anyone can rent a set!
This afternoon, ChorleyBricks ran their first ever "Community Build" event, bringing Lego fans together to enjoy a build, chat and relax while building some sets collectively.
While we were all in build-mode, conversations turned from our various histories with Lego, to our first Lego sets, to Lego-as-a-business-investment, to Lego-for-mental-health-benefits and the diverse universal appeal that Lego has for many different people of many different backgrounds.
Gary and Des are very friendly, informative and welcoming to anyone wishing to join their Community Build events that will be running periodically.
Keep up-to-date with their next events by following their Facebook page here!

Lastly, source missing Lego pieces using their BrickLink and BrickOwl stores!
