So, picture this - a few weeks ago, we made some plans for a day out with some special little humans, which were sadly cancelled last minute.
Anticipating immanent tantrums and meltdowns to begin, we then proceeded to make that fateful parental/guardian mistake of promising compensation in exchange for peaceful compliance (in our case) that came in form of a promise of softplay!

Situated in the former coal-mining village of Coppull Chorley, just off Mill Lane, sits a warehouse packed with many great local businesses. Everything from beauty salons to full boxing gyms, and thankfully (given our promise to our little humans) - Wiggleworks Playspace!

Wiggleworks is a fantastic venue for kids aged 12 and under to enjoy fun running around 2x completely separate multi-level softplay spaces!
Split into "Juniors" and "Toddlers" areas, both softplay units boast have massive slides, ball-pits, mini-obstacle-courses and so much more!

Not only that, but they also have:

• a fully-stocked cafe serving a range of snacks, drinks, hot food and hot drinks (lattes, hot chocolate and all sorts);


• plenty of seating and space if you have a pram with you;


• very helpful and pleasant staff that will assist with any service requests you may have!

So, simply put - if you have young children, visiting friends or family with young children (or quite frankly; you just need a coffee and a break while your little rascals' burn out their energy to their heart's content - Wiggleworks, is definitely worth a trip!)

Hey...at the very least, it DEFINITELY beats the whole "hamsterwheel-in-the-garden" approach (trust us, we've tried!)
