This is not how we'd have wanted to launch our "Chorley-on-Tour" blog, however, Escape was still a very significant part of the entertainment industry here in the heart of Chorley town, so as such it's only fair to touch on it's unfortunate closure!

Now, to be clear, we have no "insider knowledge" or "exclusive info", so this post will be solely based on our experience.

Escape Entertainment Venue was a great place for local families and individuals to escapce the madness of life and enjoy a casual bowling session, a round of 'Adventure Golf' or a delicious bite to eat at Oasis Bar & Restaurant!

This morning it was dis-heartening to take a stroll passed the venue knowing it would not be open again for the forseeable.

As we said at the beginning of this post, we have no idea of the "ins and outs" between all parties involved in the closure of Escape, so we respectfully suggest that we all reserve judgement or blame and instead channel our collective energy to show our appreciation and thanks to the amazing staff who ran Escape Entertainment day-to-day putting smiles on so many people's faces over the years!

We do still hold hope that a resolution can be agreed and that everyone associated with Escape Entertainment will have a peaceful positive outcome in this very tough and challenging time.
